    We get to know your home. Someone from Constance walks through it with you: the systems, what's due, the pros you trust, your goals and budget. That becomes your home plan.

    We keep up with it for you. Want the heating checked every fall? Tell us once. Each year we line up the pro and either book it within the limit you've approved or check with you first. You don't have to remember it.

    Text us when something breaks. A text or a photo is enough. You don't need to know what's wrong or which trade to call.

    You approve. We handle the rest. We bring you a pro from our trusted local network, or one you already use. You choose how much Constance can approve for you. Then we handle scheduling, follow-up and the record until the job is done.

That includes your home walkthrough and everything Constance does to keep your home's maintenance and repairs moving. You pay pros directly for the work itself, within the limits you set. Constance isn't a home warranty and doesn't pay for repairs.

Who's behind Constance

I'm Tyler Benner. I renovated a 1933 house and learned that the hard part isn't the work. It's finding the right people and getting the job finished. Today my wife and I rent, and when something breaks, we send one message and it gets handled. I'm building Constance so homeowners in Greater Boston get that too: someone whose job is their home.

What is Constance?

Constance is your home manager: one trusted point of contact for your home's maintenance and repairs. We get to know your house, keep up the maintenance you want, and see every repair through, while you make the decisions.

How much will it cost?

$45 a month once Constance opens in your area, including your home walkthrough. You pay pros directly for labor and parts.

What happens at the home walkthrough?

Someone from Constance walks through your home with you to note your systems, what's due soon, the pros you already trust, and your goals and budget.

Do I have to approve every job?

Only if you want to. At your walkthrough you set approval limits, one for maintenance and one for repairs. Anything under a limit, we book and tell you. Anything over it, we check with you first. Set a limit to $0 and we'll ask every time.

Is this a home warranty?

No. Constance doesn't pay for repairs or insure your home. We run them for you.

What does Constance handle?

Routine and seasonal maintenance, and repairs, including ones that take more than one trade. A burst pipe? We line up the plumber, then the drywall patch. We don't handle remodels, additions, insurance claims, or projects that require permits yet.

Can I keep my own pros?

Yes. We'll work with the pros you already trust, or bring you one from our network.

Where and when will Constance be available?

We're planning to launch in Greater Boston in summer 2027. We'll email you when we're ready to serve your town, and you'll hear from us first.

What happens when I join the list?

You'll get a confirmation email and occasional updates. Nothing is charged, and joining doesn't commit you to anything. Unsubscribe anytime. Why does home maintenance feel like another job?

What do you do with my information?

We use it to tell you about Constance and to learn what homeowners need. We never sell it. Read the privacy notice
