What we collect.
If you join the list, we collect your first name, email, ZIP code, and how you describe your connection to a home. We keep any optional answers you give. We also record basic visit details, such as the page and price you saw, how you found us, and your device type. We don't ask for your street address or phone number.
What's saved in your browser.
Your browser keeps a random visitor ID and how you first found us. After you join, it also keeps your first name, ZIP code, referral code, and signup ID so the site remembers you and lets you edit your signup. It does not keep your email address. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes those details.
How we use and share it.
We use this information to email you about Constance, see where interest is coming from, and learn what homeowners need. Service providers help us host the site, store responses, send email, and measure visits. We don't sell your information, share it with contractors, or send your name, email, or ZIP code to advertising tools.
Emails and your choices.
We'll send a confirmation and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe through any email or reply "unsubscribe". Email tyler@constancehome.com to see, correct, or delete your information. We keep list information while preparing to launch and operating, unless you ask us to remove it sooner.
